頻道授權爭議 跨區系統業者挨告

國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）鼓勵有線電視系統業者跨區經營，卻爆發頻道業者提告系統業者的訴訟。

第一家跨區經營的威達雲端電訊，因為還沒取得頻道業者授權就播出，且跨區費率未經過台中市政府審查通過已開始招收訂戶，也屬違規；有多家頻道業者對威達雲端提出侵犯著作權訴訟，並「提醒」訂戶權益未來可能受影響。
