記過申誡這種書面紀錄當然不可能跟著你到下一間公司

但如果你的工作表現上如果有重大缺失而被懲處，的確有可能影響到你找下一份工作

我們公司對應徵者做資歷查核的情況不算多，通常是比較重要的職位才會做查核
