[問題] 如何檢舉業代

各位好，小妹最近幫父親買了ford mondeo ,但是在業代的態度及服務方面非常不滿意，不停的把我們消費者當笨蛋耍，我們原先跟他預約要試乘業代竟然一推再推的說沒時間，原先說好的方案在簽約時竟然偷偷刪除，還裝不知道，在賞車時我父親提問時他非常沒耐心還不時冷諷我們不懂車，讓我們非常不舒服，後來改換業代後現在順利交車了，但是真心希望未來不要有其他人受到這位業代的*服務*!

我手上有許多他與我們溝通的訊息紀錄為證據，請問九合客服申訴有用嗎？還是直接找記者較好呢？
