先說小弟魯蛇一條,想單純就邏輯來討論
牌規的問題應該跟牌齡,金額大小,牌品,牌技,南北部啥都無關

過水解除目前分為摸牌派與捨牌派,個人進一步解釋是看牌型的回溯點
捨牌解過水只回溯到捨出的最後一張不是胡(碰)的牌都可以胡(碰)
