我想在 ICOCA 網站看到 一句話 不是很清楚 ICOCA&HARUKA可預約申請日起算3天後到28天後的期間內開始使用的乘車券。 抵達日本後，在關西機場站支付票款。 過取票期限後尚未取票時，所有預約紀錄將自動取消。 意思是 我想搭4/6 早上06 :00 Horuka 我是要訂 4/3號的票嗎?? 4/6才能使用的意思嗎??
