基隆11萬支風車小鴨獲金氏紀錄　再添10萬「貓熊風車」

基隆黃色小鴨風波不斷，但當地文擁恆文創園區，以11萬支風車打造的「風車鴨」，正式獲得金氏世界紀錄官方認證，成為「世界最大風車地景藝術」。無獨有偶，園方在風車小鴨一旁山坡上，另以10萬支風車，排列成時下最火紅的貓熊圖案，目前園區內共有21萬支風車隨風轉動。
