你人太好了 當主管就是要有手段 對的事就是堅持到底
不要隨下屬態度起舞  不對就唸 唸一次不聽就唸第二次
唸第二次不聽 第三次就看情況直接吼罵下去了
吼罵下去多次還是不聽 就是不適任 請他走  這是主管的基本心法
