平交道"交叉黃線"就是禁止臨時停車，
一般來說交叉黃線都是設在交通複雜的路口，避免大家跟車結果塞在這個位置上影響交通
平交道為了安全路口要淨空，都會有這種交叉黃線，一定要等上一台車通過，
