[問題] 沒辦行動上網是不是不能收MMS簡訊?

我有兩張台灣大的3G sim卡, 使用雙卡雙待機,
理所當然地只有其中一張申辦行動上網(假設叫A卡),
另一張沒申辦上網(假設叫B卡),只用來通電話收發簡訊,
但是問題來了, 如果有人發MMS的多媒體簡訊給我的B卡,
那我似乎完全沒有辦法接收該則簡訊,
