我的朋友在維多利亞州 SALE的一個蔬菜農場工作，當初進去時工頭說明如要離職要提前2星期告知，結果要離職時工頭大發脾氣，不給我朋友確定的離職時間，又故意拖延離職時間。提離職後的那段時間，工頭在工作上刻意刁難，幾乎都讓我朋友DAYOFF，卻又不讓他離開。最後突然通知我朋友要他隔天馬上搬走，害他臨時找不到地方住。據說有些人離職後甚至被拖欠薪水。我朋友說因為最近太多人離職，所以農場又開始大量招人，請要找工作的包包要...
