我引用前文可能會讓鄉民以為兩位議員只重成績 不重是全民運動的普及

其實他們只是對於鬆散的評鑑制度和無法留下人才感到非常不滿而已

剛剛有鄉民說23位被是出的球員可以到基層 其實基層缺快被卡光了
