台南市每年春節期間舉辦的「百花祭」活動，吸引上百萬人次觀賞，但是也有民間護樹團
體憂心主辦的市政府成為破壞公園生態殺手，市議員蔡旺詮抨擊「百花一月，帶菌一年」
，使用的草花盆栽可能成為傳播病菌的元凶，市長賴清德堅持百花祭活動並未直接造成公
園負荷，反而是運動人口使用不當，市府會加以糾正改善。(劉怡伶報導)
