旅外選手，除了旅日陽岱鋼、鄭凱文獲球團同意參賽，旅美的林哲瑄也確定參與。

棒協秘書長林宗成表示，台灣隊28人名單中，旅外球員預計佔一半，明天前定案，剩餘名
