渣打藝趣嘉年華2013 - 「躍動藝術風」 全港最大型的巨型木偶嘉年華，2008年起每年11月於銅鑼灣維多利亞公園內設有免費藝趣攤位及青少年表演隊伍在台上載歌載舞。兩天的嘉年華以青少年及藝術家穿戴親手製作的巨型木偶、巡遊服飾及撐杆偶，配合精彩舞蹈，以巡遊方式展出，作為活動的壓軸大匯演。嘉年華亦邀請少數族裔製作巡遊服飾參加壓軸大匯演，以及弱勢社群團體參與藝趣攤位及舞台演出，一齊共度盛大的嘉年華會。 活動...
