今早看電視新聞報導 日本氣象局對京都地方 發出大雨特別警報 嵐山渡月橋的桂川也水位高漲 剛看報導..已經快漲超過渡月橋了.. 電視台一直呼籲大家不要接近 如果今天有預定到那裡一遊的朋友 請不要去嵐山啊~~
