[問題] 突破僵局制時，失分算責失嗎？

今天南韓的先發投手前9局失1分，突破僵局制時失3分，好像有算到責失，可是

問題是壘上的兩個人是放上去的，這樣的失分算投手責失好像不是很公平吧！

還是說有別得算法，因為我看他最後下場時的防禦率好像變3點多…
