政府機關帶頭浪費能源？遭到質疑的高雄市文化中心和養工處都強調，所有電力設施和使
用都在合理範圍內並且兼顧安全原則。
陳小姐反映，今年夏季動輒30幾度，但居民都知道只要到文化中心走走可立刻「降溫」，
文化中心內還有人要穿長袖外套，她質疑文化中心冷氣開太強。而文化中心旁同慶街37號
綠地路燈盞數太多、太亮，同樣都有浪費之嫌。
