[請問] USB夜燈

最近為了能在晚上看書買了一個可以插在USB上的夜燈。

在筆電開機的時候，夜燈插進去自然是會亮，
但是關機以後，USB就沒有通電了。
不知道有沒有可能關機以後，繼續讓USB有電通過？謝謝。
