請問9月搭華航CI158，21：00到関空來得及坐上haruka末班車嗎？

我是第一次自助行，也爬過一些文，有人坐這班機發問過到京都，但沒找到坐這班21：00関空落地後到大阪的回覆 當初因為這班飛機有減價，所以訂了，因為六天五夜行程的後段在京都，所以需要ICOCA&haruka來回票 想請教的問題 1、我聽說因為九月（12日）已開學加上晚班機，所以通關時間會短一些是真的嗎？ 2、我訂了大阪本町地產客棧，來得及坐上22：16 haruka末班車24：00前到達飯店（本町）嗎？
