退房離開前房東不退還押金，理由是看到我們曾經人在廚房，房間卻沒關燈。還有看過我們洗衣機洗完後，沒有馬上去收衣服關掉洗衣機，常常2、30分鐘後才去收，造成洗衣機浪費電...所以他們收到電費帳單說變貴了，所以不退還押金><
