潭美颱風帶來豐沛雨量，昨天下午社頭鄉山腳路，水深一度到達小腿。鹿港鎮因正值滿潮
，鎮公所增設抽水機，預防低窪地區遭海水倒灌。彰化市公所也針對山坡地設置排水道、
擋泥牆，果然發揮效果，沒有災情傳出。
