[問題] 新台南棒球場(棒球村)一問

記得2011年時就有看到台南市政府要在台南安南區興建新的台南球場，剛剛搜尋了一下有看到市長賴清德宣布要在這一兩年興建完工的新聞，然後就沒什麼消息了。不知道有沒有誰知道球場目前有動工了還是還在紙上談兵的階段？
