報案是反應真實的治安,因為確實發生了竊案
即使不能追回(應該也不會去追, 相信也很難追回)
但竊案件數會影響犯罪率數據, 警方也會有壓力
若數據太難看, 就會被要求有更具體的作為來改善治安, 如加強巡邏等
這和有沒有給你二手電瓶是兩碼子事
