    你搞錯了，現在的凹仔底公園本身就包含公22、特專三、特專四，
    這三塊加起來才是所謂的10公頃，也就是特專三四早就是公園了，
    如果再把綠化的特專一二包進來，農16現成的綠地早就超過10公頃，
    做特專三四的地目變更只是為了讓凹仔底公園可以名符其實全是公園用地，
    並不影響其大小。
