大家好,目前打算和朋友一起9月時到西藏旅遊 我是台灣,朋友是香港(都是女生) 台灣這邊需要辦理入藏證 目前聽到的是台灣這邊至少要兩人才能辦理 不知道大家有沒有一人成功辦理的經驗呢? 目前我是打算透過車隊幫忙辦理 至少要兩名一起辦理這個規定是車隊告知的@@(拉薩青年車隊) 另外就是要徵旅伴一起包車 目前兩個方案
