曾經做了一個小小的調查，每逢跟韓國朋友吃飯，我總會問他們： 「你最喜歡的韓國食物是甚麼？」 頗令我驚訝的是，答案幾乎都一樣，不是一般外國人喜歡的燒三層肉、年糕鍋甚麼的，而是最普通的「泡菜湯（김치찌개）」，緊接的則是「大醬湯（된장찌개) 」。 問他們為什麼，他們說就是因為泡菜湯普通家常，從小就習慣了這個味道，在家吃媽媽煮的，在外面吃飯也是它，自己一個人住，也一定會煮到。 甚至有一個韓國...
