看你當初的方案有沒有搭購機價，如果你單純就手機續約而不是搭購機的話，可以用

購機方案續約大省，就不用付違約金了(假設大省有你想要的手機，這樣你目的就達到了)

但如果你上一合約就是搭購機方案，那你就只能付違約金
