請問在斧山的中國領事館有在幫外國人辦進中國的簽證嗎？

我們八月要進中國，我老公是美國人需要辦理中國的簽證，但每次都需要到香港辦理，我們剛好這個月有要去斧山，就想說可以先在斧山辦好簽證，但不知可以辦理嗎？有資料說需要有韓國的居留證才可以辦理？想請問各位棧友有沒有人知道的？謝謝！
