請問要申請自動查驗通關的話是不是一定要在有機票的情況下到出境查驗的海關櫃台辦理？ 因為我想要在閒暇有空的時候，先去松山機場辦理自動查驗通關，等明年要出國的時候就可以直接使用了，否則等到要出國的當天再去申請不就不能當天使用自動查驗通關使用了嗎？ 順便請問一下，是不是在松山申請自動查驗通關之後，到桃園就不能使用呢？ 如果可以在沒有機票的情況下申請自動查驗通關，那麼每日申請時間0830-1700...
